Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and how we protect it — short and clear.
At TurkAI we respect your privacy. This policy summarises how we handle personal data when you visit turkai.tr and contact us. The detailed notice under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) is in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
In short
- We have no accounts, memberships or payments; we only process what you send us via WhatsApp, e-mail or phone and technical connection logs.
- We do not sell or rent your data or add it to marketing lists.
- We use no advertising or tracking cookies; visit statistics are measured cookie-free and anonymously.
- You can always ask what we hold about you and request correction or deletion.
Data we collect
- WhatsApp, e-mail and phone contact: your name, phone number or e-mail address and the content of correspondence and calls. The fields on the contact page are not stored on our site; they are only used to prepare your message in WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, access time — logged by the hosting provider for security and operation of the service.
- Visit statistics: aggregate, anonymous data such as page views, referring site, country and device type, collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics. This measurement uses no cookies and does not identify you.
Why we use it
- To answer your requests and run demo and proposal processes;
- To keep the Site secure and working and prevent abuse;
- To measure how the Site is used through aggregate, anonymous statistics;
- To meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service, and only as far as necessary: Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery and visit statistics, and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., which provides WhatsApp, for WhatsApp correspondence. Their servers may be located abroad; transfers follow the procedures in Article 9 of KVKK. Data may be shared with competent public authorities where required by law.
How long we keep it
Contact correspondence is kept for 2 years after the request is closed; if it leads to a contract, related correspondence is kept for the contract term and the statutory limitation period. After that, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Security
The Site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to authorised people, and our accounts use two-factor authentication.
Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
