These Terms of Use govern your use of the turkai.tr website (the “Site”) operated by TurkAI (“TurkAI”, “we”). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about TurkAI’s sector solutions, enterprise software services, Lab products and references, and lets you contact us. Information on the Site is general in nature and does not constitute an offer, commitment or contract. The scope, price and terms of any service are set only by a written agreement signed by the parties.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Attempting to disrupt or overload the Site, its servers or network, or to bypass security measures;
• Using the Site’s contact channels to send unsolicited commercial messages, malware or misleading content;
• Bulk copying of Site content with automated tools or reproducing it without permission;
• Contacting us on behalf of someone else or with false information.

3. Intellectual property

Texts, design, software, product names, screenshots and other content on the Site belong to TurkAI or its licensors and are protected by Turkish law, including Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. They may not be used commercially, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

Brands and websites whose names, logos or screenshots appear in the References section belong to their respective owners and are shown solely to illustrate work we have delivered.

4. Product demos and Lab

“Live”, “Pilot” and “Demo” labels on products are for information only. Lab products may be experimental; their continuity, uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose is not guaranteed.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. We take care to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site. Liability for intent and gross negligence and mandatory provisions of law remain unaffected.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version applies from the date it is published on this page; the date at the top shows the latest update.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over disputes. Rights of consumers under Law No. 6502 are reserved.
